Ferax Mining Company is a sci-fi themed resource management game where players compete to earn the most of a precious resource known as Amber. In the game players will have to carefully allocate limited resources, build and manage upgrades and abilities, and survive the hostile environment of the planet Ditis.

Introduction
"At Ferax Mining Company we're at the forefront of the new space mining race. With the best of technology and comfort for our dedicated miners, you can take control of your future as a Ferax Mining contractor."
At least that's the story that reaches Earth. When you sign up and leave for space what you find tells a different story. Abandoned on a harsh planet with the bare minimum for survival, you're asked to compete with your fellow trainees to prove yourself a true Ferax miner. 24 grueling days of labor intensive drilling, not to mention fixing all the scrap metal that Ferax calls equipment. Oh and don't forget their coming for their first batch of Feraxite in just 3 days. Meet quota, finish training, beat your fellow astronauts, or die trying!
Gameplay Overview
Presented with a randomly constructed board players are required to leave the safety of their base to gather resources and mine precious Amber. Each round they face an escalating quota, players that fail to meet quota face dire consequences.

The player base produces a limited quantity of energy to keep players alive. They will need this energy to produce oxygen, build new equipment, and to refine their haul into a usable supply of Amber.

In order to keep up with the ever increasing demand players will have to carefully build and manage a set of upgrade cards that will increase their energy output and their productivity.
